Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?


We guarantee that our products are always in 100% unused brand new condition. They are still in the original shrink wrap and sent in waterproof packaging. Every product is insured for damage on delivery and we will only be able to issue a refund if the item is lost in the post. However we do offer exchanges in certain circumstances, for another item, only on the condition that the customer has not used the product, by opening the transparent wrapper that the item has been sent in and it has not been used.


Q. DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?


Yes. When purchasing £40 or more worth of goods in one transaction we offer free shipping.


Q. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?


All orders are shipped within 48 hours of them being paid for.

Every package sent to mainland UK is first class signed for as standard.

Sometimes items take longer than anticipated. We provide tracking information with every purchase made through our store. There will be a link next to your item, which will enable you to check the status of your delivery online, through the royal mail.
